- bagged organic mint tea with organic unrefined coconut oil
- steamed brussels sprouts

- local grass fed thin cut beef sauteed with olive oil, sea salt, dried chives, and organic ginger powder
- bagged organic mint tea with organic unrefined coconut oil
- local grass fed beef burger with dried chives and sea salt and extra grass fed beef fat
My good friend Tiffany informed me that I can make the brussels sprouts taste much better by roasting them instead of steaming them. This is good news, because those steamed ones were not my style. I will have to try to roast those buggers next time!
