Day 4

 Sustenance today:
  • organic collard greens, steamed
  • red swiss chard, steamed
  • ahi, seasoned with rosemary and sea salt and sauteed in olive oil
  • mint and organic unrefined coconut oil tea

  • Ground organic chicken burgers with sweet basil and sea salt
  • steamed collard greens and red swiss chard

























  • 2 organic chicken drumsticks, baked with sea salt
  • collard greens and red swiss chard
  • thin-cut beef sauteed in olive oil, chives, and sea salt
  • chamomile tea
